Over the past week, the team concentrated on targeted refinements that enhance both visual clarity and environmental cohesion across key areas of the game. Progress was made on improving structural detail within the outpost while also beginning focused visual work on a high-impact combat ability highlighted during recent testing. These efforts reflect an ongoing commitment to responding to player behaviour and feedback, strengthening readability and consistency as Depths of Erendorn continues to evolve through active development. Set Piece Design
Over the past week, the Set Piece Design team continued refining the outpost asset set with a work-in-progress pass on decorative metal components. This phase focuses on establishing consistent material treatment, wear patterns, and visual hierarchy across metal elements to better support the overall construction language of the structures. These ongoing refinements help prepare the assets for final texturing and set dressing, strengthening cohesion as the outpost moves closer to a complete and usable state within Erendorn’s world.

Visual Effects
Over the past week, the VFX team began developing a dedicated visual effect for the Rushing Bulwark ability, responding directly to its strong usage and impact during the recent alpha test. With the skill proving popular among Knight players, work focused on ensuring the ability gains clear visual feedback that matches its importance in combat and reinforces its defensive momentum. This initial pass lays the groundwork for improved readability and responsiveness, helping the ability feel more complete and satisfying as further refinement and playtesting continue.

That’s it for this week’s devlog, but have you seen our monthly roundup of December yet?!
